join us for a fantastic week of music camp!
One of the highlights of our year is summer camp!
This year camp will be held the week of July 27-31, 2026.
Our camp theme this year is musical scores. Campers will be learning about the vital role music plays in TV, movies, and video games. We will work together to compose background music for movie scenes that are familiar, invent a video game and compose its theme song, and create a musical score for a short play.
Campers will also participate in a variety of games and other activities.
Beginners welcome - no musical experience required!
However, our more experienced musicians will have a chance to flex their skills with more advanced projects.
Registration is open to current CMSWR participants and their siblings.
Registration opens to families on our waiting list on May 25, 2026.

what to expect

who it’s for
Perfect for both beginner and experienced musicians, ages 7-12 (or entering grade two). No musical experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity to try out something new!
For our campers with more musical experience, there will be additional opportunities to flex your musical skills.

what’s included
Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided, plus we'll be having a pizza lunch on Friday! Campers are asked to bring their own lunch Monday-Thursday. (Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.)
